​​​​From an early age, I have always felt a natural kinship with the pace and wisdom the natural world radiates. This connection continues to shape how I live, how I communicate, and how I work -slowly, intentionally and in rhythm with what feels true for me.

​

Founding The Slow Nutritionist was my way of creating a space that respects this slower, more thoughtful approach to health -and so life. One that respects and recognises the reality of how hard modern life can be, especially when we’re living with unresolved chronic symptoms or carrying the invisible weight of stress, fatigue or disconnection.

​

I’ve experienced this firsthand, and many situations have shown me that healing is not linear. Life ebbs and flows, just like the paths we see within nature. I've learnt it asks for patience, self-honesty, and the courage to keep reassessing how we care for ourselves on every level -physically, emotionally and spiritually. It’s not about perfection or doing everything “right,” but about choosing and knowing what’s sustainable and supportive for your specific needs.

As a qualified practitioner, a woman with integrity and a lifelong learner, I’m deeply committed to staying informed, curious and grounded in my work. I value critical  thinking, authenticity and the ability to hold space for the full complexity of being human. I hold deep respect for those who are willing to do the inner work -who want to grow, shift and return to who they truly feel they are. It's not straightforward and I am someone who understands that wholeheartedly. The Slow Nutritionist is a space where science meets soul, and creates room for everything in between. A space where knowledge, intuition, and nature coexist.

how we work together

Life can appear to move quickly and when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, it can feel hard to know what you really need. Maybe you’ve been dealing with low or inconsistent energy, changes in your digestion, weight or skin, disrupted sleep or hormonal shifts. Perhaps, things just feel “off" even though you’ve tried all the usual advice. These experiences are real, and they can feel frustrating and debilitating. Above all, they deserve time, context, and care.

My approach is both practical and personalised. We begin with curiosity through exploring your story, your health history, and your day-to-day life. We cultivate and establish your intentions and align them to your unique values, so you can work at integrating them into your full picture. Together, we establish your body’s signals and any states of unease. Through evidence-based insight, traditional wisdom, and tools drawn from circadian health, functional nutrition and quantum principles, you will gain insight and information which enables you to re-frame and guide your unique path.

This is not about chasing or striving for excellence. It is about rooting you with the right tools and understanding to move onwards with confidence and clarity. You’ll receive my personalised support, but you’ll also be encouraged to take ownership of your health. Because the true transformation only happens from within -when we are ready to become a responsible and active participant in our own journey.
